4. All products are annealed in a resistance furnace for stress relief. After the goods arrive, they can be used directly on the machine without natural failure, which reduces the user's capital occupation and ensures the product quality.
5. All products are tested by ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure the internal quality of the roll while making the quality of the binding layer of the centrifugal composite roll more perfect.
6. After the roll is transported to the site, the supplier shall be responsible for compensation if there are any quality problems such as sand holes, pores, looseness, excessive hardness of the working layer and slag inclusion of the roll composite bonding layer due to the manufacture of the supplier. And guarantee to arrive at the scene within 3 days to solve.
